I was given a refund on this clock in exchange for an honest review. I waited 6 months before writing this. I wanted an alarm clock that would gently wake me up by simulating sunlight and I found this one that also has the full range of changing colors available (I love turning on red lights at night). , as well as radio and sleep preparation functions. The simulated sunlight alarm setting (not what it's actually called, but what I call it) turns on a very dim light and the radio/alarm clock is very quiet at first; Light and sound increase slowly, providing a smoother, more natural waking experience than traditional alarm clocks (which most people put aside and never wake up on time). The sleep prep feature (not even what it's technically called) gives you some soothing sounds to listen to for a period of time (I choose jazz music for 30 minutes) to help you fall asleep. I LOVE this feature as much as the soft wake up and changing colored lights. You can easily turn on any of the lighting options (warm/simulated sunlight or color changing) by double-tapping the sides of the watch (warm light - right; colors - left); You can change the brightness of the warm light by pressing and holding the right side, and you can stop the changing colors at one of your choice by pressing the left side once. It's so easy, so convenient. The only thing I think would make this watch even better would be if it could connect to my music source of choice, but to be honest I don't care. This watch is beautiful as it is and I am very happy with it.
