Rated 3 stars due to differences in products but NOT usage. I'll update the review once I've used it for a few weeks. I bought 2 of these with the same order and was surprised to see that I received 2 different products. I bought two intending to use the extra pins from the 2nd collar. The gray label is the one I'm most familiar with, as I can find it at pet stores in California. I ordered a collar with 3.0mm teeth and haven't had any problems, but I'm careful with it. The fact that these are two "same" but different appearances makes me suspicious. I'll use this with caution and see if there are any noticeable differences. Please look closely at the photos below to see the differences. Differences: - teeth - wider and differently angled teeth - chain - as shown, different size chains - clamp ring - size difference - country of origin - China and Taiwan
