Definitely not 'high quality'
I use a lot of foam brushes in my shop and I keep running out of 1 inch brushes so I bought this pack of 30. Untenable. It's only cost effective if you only use it once and then throw it away. I usually clean and reuse them for the rest of the project and then throw them away. They are more suitable for school projects than serious woodwork or craft work. The foam is rough, doesn't hold much color and leaves a lot of bubbles on the finish. Back to Menard's 1" Foam Brush (made in the USA, $0.44 each).
