Fantastic product, A+ customer service. My heels were doing that thing where the dry skin caught fibers on my blanket at night, i couldn't stand it. This too is lightweight, versatile, and super simple! I got one that was making horrible bosses five minutes after i opened it and turned it on. I was sent a replacement and the new one has been working very very well I can't get over how nice the seller is!
