This was just the right part for me. I had a drip from the pedal area and the ball valve was slow to close and it took a little upward pressure on the pedal to get the ball valve to close. It's a pity that I didn't notice this detail before buying the gasket set. Although not mentioned in Dora's description, this base came with a ball gasket, base gasket, hose clamps and base to bowl bolts and new base to base bolts. Everything needed for a complete repair (except installer lube) is included in the base unit.
