The first broke in the drain
I used one to clear my bathtub drain and after twisting and pulling as instructed half the item broke off in the drain hole! The plastic used in this product is not suitable and requires a stronger material that can withstand tension, especially at $2 a piece. Now I have to pay a plumber to install a sewer.
