CloudAware is a well established solution. They are highly rated in the market, they offer a great deal of value for the money and they have a big market share in this sector. I think for the price, they offer a lot of flexibility for almost all needs. There are a lot of features, some are not so useful. I think that their price is a bit too high, I think that they have to work on the pricing to fit the market segment, they have to offer more affordable packages. The main objective is to centralize a lot of data. They also integrate other products as well. The ease of use, the ability to set alerts for various conditions, and the reporting capabilities built into the product. I wish there was a way to customize the alerts so they only get messages when something is amiss. For example, I don't want to be inundated with email notifications every time someone visits a page on my website. We use this as part of our data backup solution and it works great. It also provides us with a good amount of visibility into what's going on in our environment.
