I like how easy it is to use with my team as we need IT support often & this helps us find out what devices aren't being managed! The ability to monitor all of our servers at once with one tool is great! We use it in tandem with other products such as Backup Exec for Backups but we also love using it during Disaster Recovery (DR) because its easy to see what's going wrong without having to talk to someone. It sometimes needs more workarounds than I'd like. Sometimes it doesn't pick up errors right away so you need to wait about 15 minutes.
