The ability to track the progress of my patients from initial consultation to follow up. I love that it allows me to be able to look back on a patient's treatment plan and see if they have been successful or not. It can also be used for other types of medical providers as well like nurses. I wish there was more room to personalize the layout so that you could make it more user friendly. There is nothing I dislike about this program. If you are looking to keep your clients well informed then this is the program for you. It has helped us improve our retention rates by allowing us to send out weekly newsletters to our patients.
