Not for making fine models or other delicate work.
It's called "Slim" Here it is. It's wetter than water and I wouldn't recommend using it for making great models. I first bought it for woodworking in our new kitchen on the recommendation of our supplier. It was fine for that, and you can get Accelerator for it, but at least it grabs the tree (and fingers) right away. Use a larger drop (these are very large drops), then use the accelerator and it foams (the foam is easy to cut off).
