A Disappointing Online Shopping Experience Provided by Prettylife

As someone who does a lot of their shopping online, I was excited to try out Prettylife, an online retailer that specialized in items for ladies such as clothing, shoes, and jewelry and even sells maternity wear. Unfortunately, my interaction with the company resulted in a feeling of tremendous dissatisfaction on my part. In the first place, the website was difficult to browse and took a long time to load. Before I finally found what I was looking for, I had to repeatedly click through pages that contained content that was unrelated to my search. When I did find something that I liked, the sizing was entirely inaccurate, and the actual item did not look anything like the photo that was displayed online. To make matters even worse, customer service was unresponsive and useless throughout the entire process. I contacted them on multiple occasions in an effort to resolve my difficulties, but I never received a response from them. My time spent with Prettylife was, all things considered, a huge waste of time. Because there are so many other online stores from which to chose, I don't see any purpose to shop at this particular one again. When compared to other businesses in its industry, this one does not, sadly, differentiate itself in any way that makes it stand out in a positive light in my eyes. There are a great number of different online companies that offer products that are comparable to yours and have an improved website design, precise sizing information, and helpful customer support.

Pros
  • Large selection of stylish clothing and accessories for women, including items specifically designed for pregnant women.
Cons
  • apparel that is sized inconsistently.
