Excellent for Newly Practicing Physician Just Starting Out
It has all of what I need to run my practice, it's easy enough that even new doctors can use! The customer service is great as well - they have always been extremely helpful with any questions or issues we've had over our years using this product; very friendly employees who are genuinely interested in helping their customers succeed.- Easy-to navigate layout makes finding information quick when you're looking up something specific (ease comes from being able to easily search through pages/sections).
We used other products before but none were comparable so switching was pretty simple once everything worked out like usual after implementing PMM at our office!!
Pros
- The ease of use and navigation, and the ability to build custom reports and track progress.
- The ability to create custom reports (for patient billing, charting, etc.) is very helpful.
