The interface was very easy for my team members, who are not tech savvy (and I am!).
It has been fantastic! We have had no issues so far as our site seems quite fast from what we've experienced thusfar during this pilot phase - which btw looks like it's going great!! Not much at present but will let you know if there were any major hiccups or glitches along way :) Our goal? To create more accountability amongst participants by allowing them access via mobile devices/apps such us WhatsApp & iMessage etc., while also providing support through group chats when needed too -- helping drive engagement throughout each week without needing face time meetings / appointments only available once per month!!
