Missing documentation. Difficult to fully implement.
I spent about 40 hours trying to get this thing to work, but there just isn't a clear "manual". When I search for basic usage information, I am directed to other products. They provide some "example python scripts" but no explanation. I tried to write to the user forum but there was no reply. I think this product will be discontinued or will be soon.
