Review on YUANHOT by Brian Graham

I recently attempted shopping on the YUANHOT website, and I must admit that I was very dissatisfied with the results. To begin with, the website is in no way user-friendly. Finding what you're searching for is difficult due to the clutter and confusion. The customer support, however, was far worse than the website. I contacted their customer support department because I was having trouble with my order, but I never got a response. I repeatedly attempted calling and emailing, but no one ever returned my calls or emails. It was extremely unprofessional and aggravating. Finally, the goods themselves fell short of expectations. All of the tools and the console I bought were broken when they were delivered. They had obviously not been handled or packaged correctly. I contacted customer support once more, but I never got a response, so I was left holding broken goods that I couldn't even use. Overall, I had a very poor experience with the YUANHOT online shop. I wouldn't advise doing any shopping there because the website is challenging to use, there is no customer support, and the goods are of low quality.
