Great quality knife at a great price
I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and recently purchased one of the Virginia Boys walnut cutting boards which has quickly become my favourite. I was so impressed with the quality and the company in general that I ordered their 8 inch kitchen knife. I was thinking of a new knife and needed something this size. Try it. I'm very impressed with how comfortable and balanced it is. The blade is of considerable weight and arrived well sharpened. Seems like it should cost twice as much and I would recommend it for any kitchen.
