Review on GT 3TP Mark III Speaker Tri Power Included by Jason Arkin

I wanted to like this radio. I actually wanted it to be my new favorite. After spending a week with him I sent him back. This is the same standard Baofeng UV interface, there's nothing surprising about that, and there are no points for it - I expected that. What I wasn't expecting was how "cheap" it felt. I was expecting the yellow case to be "more durable" or more shock absorbing. It's really just cheap rubberized plastic. The whip antenna was a complete joke and I bent it within minutes of taking it out of the box. While the range was better than my standard Baofeng radios, it was clearly not enough to make me want to keep the radio with me for a while. If you need higher power output, please see other Baofeng products. The GT-3TP felt like a child's toy.
