Favorite Toothpaste
I love the taste of cinnamon and it leaves my mouth feeling clean, much better than regular toothpastes. And no fluoride! In case this convinces anyone that fluoride isn't needed, I've been using this toothpaste for many years and in all that time I've had no tooth decay. Given that there's some evidence that fluoride is an endocrine disruptor, and given that you're likely to get a megadose of it through water, it might be best to avoid it in your toothpaste.
