I love that my view allows me to keep up with everything easily and all at once! Great tool if you're looking for one to help manage your day-to-day schedule. It takes some getting used to; however, it is great if you want an excellent system at your fingertips! Nothing specific comes to mind other than ease of use. This program makes it easy on residents when they need reminders or schedules changes made from us. This in turn saves our staff precious hours. I like that the system is very easy to use. It is intuitive and the training was very helpful. I dislike that it is a little bit difficult to find the resident's information that you need. It is not very user friendly. It is a great system and I would recommend it to any company that needs a resident management system. It is a great tool for any company. I am able to keep track of my residents and their information. I am able to find the information that I need to keep track of my residents.
