Resident Management Review

I love that they are constantly improving it with new features being added all of the times! It is very easy to use once you have some experience using other systems but if your not familiar then there could take awhile before getting used too them. There isn't much out in terms of complaints about this system because we haven’t found anything yet but sometimes when working at night my computer will freeze up which makes me lose everything i had open including residents files etc.. The ease of use is very user friendly with its intuitive interface. I don't really have any complaints regarding the program itself. It provides great support when it comes to maintenance issues which is a plus. We do not need to rely on third party software or platforms that could slow down our system in terms of speed or reliability. I love that my view allows me to keep up with everything easily and all at once! Great tool if you're looking for one to help manage your day-to-day schedule. It takes some getting used to; however, it is great if you want an excellent system at your fingertips! Nothing specific comes to mind other than ease of use. I like that residents are able see what is going in with them daily through this app! It's easy accessable by all staff members and helps keep everyone updated about changes happening within each of our patients' homes/living situations!! There isn't anything i dislike at present but there may come along day when we do find something wrong it could use some improvement upon (but not much).
