Review on Collapsible UMIKAkitchen Multifunction Chopping Colander by Christopher Gulledge

I am a HUGE fan of collapsible screens. I have several and give many away. I often use them to pick and clean the vegetables I grow in my garden. This item is more like a square tub that can be used as a camping sink. I'm hoping to go camping/traveling next year so this would be perfect for that. Until then I will be using it for harvesting and peeling root crops. I can let them soak and then pull out the cork to let out the dirty water before putting them in a suitable colander to clean. A cutting board is a really good idea, especially when camping. I love things that have more than one purpose. The block is solid and well made. It takes a bit to open the first few times, but I find that it gets easier with practice and use. You can pull out a section for a shallow tub that's about 2.5 inches deep. The fully open tub is 5 inches deep. I will buy again.
