I have used this several times and I want to tell you that it works very well adding dry or liquid ingredients to any product you are mixing. . This is one of the items that KitchenAid is asked to keep in its original packaging upon purchase. Cleaning is very easy and can be done easily with your fingers and running water. Flour and liquid substances are washed off immediately. It's well balanced and just sits on the rim of the mixing bowl. Sometimes I thought it would be better if it clicks into place when your hands are shaking or when you let the measuring cup sit/rest on the rim. But that doesn't work because it goes off immediately. All in all, this sign does everything it is supposed to do. This is exceptional value for money.
