After 9 months the Sound is fading! SOUNDING WEIRD NOW!

This clock is so very beautiful honestly! I bought it as a bday gift for myself early in January at the start of the new year 2020. now it is Mid-late September and all of the sudden the tone is fading and sounding electronic! I am so sad. I don’t know what can be done about it? I changed the battery still this weird electronic sound. I hope the seller will contact me and maybe give me some advice.UPDATE: 10/11/22 Clock is going strong and I love it! It was a battery issue, make sure you get the right ones and they are not dying!
