The courier himself ordered the delivery of my goods from a different address, and the order was marked in the application as completed. In what form did the product finally arrive to me - unpacked and used: probably the person who received my product, unpacked it and tried it in use, and then handed it over for delivery to my address. After the order, there was a negative impression and a working product on hand.
