I'm French and grew up with them, use them weekly in the winter and after a day of skiing. Having lived in the US for almost 20 years, I wanted to travel across the ocean and through the back streets of memory as our travels were very limited in that fateful year. This car is TRASH! My parents have a Tefal, a 40 year old model that still works great and doesn't falter. It's not like that at all! The pans are poorly made (photo), made from 1 thin piece of metal so half bent out of the box and the other half I bent holding and washing! (And it doesn't look like I'm a Schwarzenegger) Also, the little feet holding the aluminum plate weren't aligned well, we had to use force to install them. This item is double the price of other devices here so I was expecting much better.
