I'm ashamed of how many cookware sets I've looked at, read the reviews. In the end I am (so far) very happy with my choice. I wanted 18/10 stainless steel, but I know I'm too compulsive to deal with the inevitable stains that won't come off and bother me every time I use the pan. (Ask anyone about stainless steel, they stain!) But I didn't want Teflon. I love the stainless steel interior and the pots and pans with the stain-resistant charcoal finish. They're not too heavy and the handles don't get hot when I'm cooking on the stovetop. I've been using it for less than a week but so far I'm satisfied. I wish I knew you have to be home to sign for them, not UPS, the shipper. It was very hard to finally get them and I want this to be an opt-out option.
