Review on IntelliSight by Luis Thompson
Intellisights has been good but their support team needs to improve
I like how easy it was for me as part of my job duties at this time! It's very simple yet effective with our business needs in mind - we are able solve problems related to data access & security without having to hire an expensive consultant or IT department full-time employee (or worse). There isn't anything about Intellisights software itself which makes us dislike using them but rather some other factors such as their support team not always being available when needed most especially during peak hours/weekends etc. But overall they've been great so far since going live last month!!
Pros
- along side all its features; including intuitiveness via mobile devices too..it truly does make life easier if you're doing any sort o' sales management OR customer service functions within your small buiness environment !!!! And best thing? This product can be accessed from anywhere around world through internet connection
