Broke after 3 months

I LOVED using this hoop! I use it daily for 30 minutes. I mainrained the hoop - cleaned it almoat daily. It has recently started coming apart while I use it. The wheels are in good shape but it just pops off randomly. I have changed links out to see if that would fix it but it was no help. Needless to say a weighted ball flying through the air is not good! Maybe I'll try a different brand.
