Update. This morning I received the most unexpected email from Revain Customer Service expressing their sympathy and apologies for the phone issues. They even offered to "fix" it, because they did not wait for this time at all. They offered a refund and promised to call the manufacturer to find out why my phone broke. With that kind of customer service, I was forced to update my review and change my overall rating to 5 stars because although it broke, Revain lived up to it and got it right. Thank you Revane, a loyal and unexpectedly happy customer for life. I work from home, maintain networked computer systems. Meetings are core to my job and I was starting to waste my cell phone minutes so I set up VoIP from my cable company and set up my phone, it worked great and was very easy to set up. I've only been using this phone for 6 weeks and today when I tried to call a meeting I found the phone wasn't working. No energy. No light, no beep, nothing. I pulled out a very old phone and it worked on the same line, but on this one. death after 6 weeks.
