Fits perfectly! for engine cooling and air conditioning

Had to replace the water pump on a Chevy 350. This product holds up great as it should rotate. No grinding or anything like that. Good product, good name and you get what you pay for.

The block exceeded my expectations.

Quiet pump and cools my little Chevy 350 much better than the stock unit. Even when idle, this device circulates well, and the adage "you get what you pay forโ€ applies here. My engine isn't that stock either, it's bored out to 383 with a high compression ratio and around 450hp and this pump is very good insurance for your engine. The workmanship is also good and the installation was easy enough. You will need 1/2 NPT fittings to cover the top and a port on the side when not in use. It comesโ€ฆ

Good build quality and versatility with little customization

I have this pump on a 327 in my '64 Corvette and it has been great so far. Motor temperature is very stable on warm days, and the pump itself probably weighs about half the original cast iron. Bolts to connect the pulley and fan assembly to the pump shaft flange so that the bolt shafts do not interfere. Additionally, the 1964 327 application requires a pipe plug in the top port and a hose barb on the side, both 1/2 in. NPT. None of these were included, so you'll need to get them separately from

The pump housing has a slightly different geometry than the Chevy OEM cast iron pump and I found I had to use shorter bolts to connect the pulley and fan assembly to the pump shaft flange to keep the bolt shafts out of the way. Additionally, the 1964 327 application requires a pipe plug in the top portโ€ฆ
