Crooked factory assembly, wasted money and effort in installation
Too bad. The product came assembled, but one of the levers was assembled crooked at the factory. Instead of a 30-40 minute install, my technician has to charge me triple because they install, uninstall (once complete and then notice it's crooked), disassemble the whole block to straighten the arm, finally reinstall . Time wasted unnecessarily, money wasted and it's frustrating to see poor quality control. The curved leverage is very noticeable and I don't think anyone would ignore it. I love the chrome finish, but the hassle and time it takes to fix it defeats the value of what it advertises.
