I found that I measured the maximum S reading and minimum M reading accurately. First, it broke within a few weeks and feels comfortable and supportive. If I had taken the medium it certainly wouldn't have given me good knee support after a tear in the material. So what size should you go for if you're in between like me? The answer depends on what kind of support you need. I suggest going with the bottom one and cracking them. As for the product, considering the imports, it is worth its price. Excellent seams and stitching and a very consistent cut and finish. I bought two and plan to replace them when they wear out. Good product. Highly recommended.
