Between sizes? - best for braces, splints and braces

I found that I measured the maximum S reading and minimum M reading accurately. First, it broke within a few weeks and feels comfortable and supportive. If I had taken the medium it certainly wouldn't have given me good knee support after a tear in the material. So what size should you go for if you're in between like me? The answer depends on what kind of support you need. I suggest going with the bottom one and cracking them. As for the product, considering the imports, it is worth its price.

Amazing product helped my pain go away!

My knees gave me problems after a few weeks of Tabata training. Tired of cream applications and ice packs. My husband recommended this product from another site but they were sold out so I checked out Revain and ended up here. The product was exactly as described. The size chart was helpful. Showed up just in time. I used the sleeves for a few days when my knees were sore and now after a week I have no more pain. Resizing: When I first looked at the sizing chart I wasn't sure because where to…

Great for squats and knee braces

I've been squatting with the barbell for a while now, but occasionally I have a bit of discomfort in my knees. Decided to get knee pads to help with lighter workloads to get back to where I was before the discomfort started to allow the connective tissue to build strength which I know takes a lot longer than muscle strength. The choice of this brand is based on other reviews. , and it doesn't look like it's a copycat brand. Tried it once just to be sure and had to send it back because the size…

First good, not long! The sticker came off and they were torn

After I joined CrossFit, everyone in my box told me I needed Rehband knee pads! So of course I bought a pair here at Revain. I couldn't believe how expensive they were but hey I heard they were the best. I can tell you that at first they were great! They had more compression and the knee pain subsided. But that only lasted about a month. A month later, the knee pads stretched and stopped pinning my knees. They slowly slip on my climbs. This then brings me to washing the sleeves, on the first…

I can't rate healthy knees.

I've been doing strength training for over 25 years without any major injuries. I focus on form, give myself enough time to recover and pay attention to how and when I push my limits. This is my first set of knee pads and I find the 5mm thickness to be just right for a bit of knee discomfort. I didn't notice any help in the form of a "bounce" from the bottom of the squat and it has virtually no effect on my movements. This works for me because I don't need a lot of support and I want to be the…
