Let's just say I've tried many different types of hay from different places. My rabbit is kind of super picky, which I didn't realize. Something I noticed elsewhere is that most of them looked pretty dead and brown. When I stumbled across this one, it seemed like my bunnies were obsessed with it. It's strong, very green, and has those leafy parts that they love so much. I'm so glad I came across this family business. I liked the little thank you card. It is more pleasant to shop with them than with large corporations. I also like that it comes in a cardboard box so they can play with the box once the kit is complete. (: The vet will be so happy we finally found good quality hay for my rabbits. Some boxes are dustier than others which makes it a bit contradictory but I agree with that as it's understandable. Also I give it 5 stars given for the taste because I can guess haha
