Smooth shifting and easy setup.
This is a retrofit from an old Suntour on my 1983 Schwinn Super Sport 12 speed. In combination with a new impeller and a conversion from 7-speed freewheel to 14-speed, this front derailleur works perfectly. Installation and configuration took no longer than ten minutes. The nice thing is that I also have the option to convert my friction shifters to indexed if I want to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great value lure with quality parts.
