As a professional climber I was a bit skeptical about not having an edge but these shoes were the best I've climbed in and could stick to anything . No-Edge technology allows you to really feel the toes you're using and can help you use little toes while allowing you to smudge the rest of your foot. It's perfect for the supports, which are a small flat plate that just barely protrudes from the wall you've slid off with all your other shoes. The only complaint I have is that I will not use them for my outdoor climbs, 1. because they are too expensive and soft and I want to keep them for competition, and 2. because where I climb, you need a shoe that can handle very very small edges and for some reason that's not quite the same as my katanas. Also, your toes may get tired in these shoes because you might not be used to using them that much. For sizing, I ordered a full size for my street shoes and they fit perfectly. This fits perfectly with the other shoe sizes from La Sportivas.
