Review on 🖥️ Furinno Compact Computer Desk with Shelves, Round Side, French Oak Grey/Black - 11181GYW/BK by Flavio Scarola

If it wasn't for the fact that I am in dire need of a second home office desk (as my husband and I are both currently working from home) I would have sent this back. I collect furniture all the time, so I'm not a hobbyist. When assembled, the two parts were so brittle that the wood cracked during assembly. The screw was not over tightened (because it began to crack before the screw was halfway in) and was properly aligned. Along the way, I also noticed dents and scratches on some of the finished pieces of wood. It wasn't too bad as the worn parts were black and I was able to easily cover them with permanent marker. However, this is disappointing as the product should not be damaged. At the same time I think this is a two star product. Then I finally assembled it and was able to sit down at my desk. As I sit at this newly assembled table and type my review, the table sways and creaks incessantly every time I move to grab something from one of the shelves. This is very frustrating. Minor complaint compared to others but there are small pieces of wood that could have been worked on either side so this table could be oriented differently and not have an unfinished look when turned the other way. I understand that for this price I'm not getting the nicest table; However, I want something to be strong enough so that it doesn't break when assembled, wobble or creak when in use, or arrive slightly damaged. It's definitely not worth the money even though the price is low. I would recommend spending a little more to buy something better or look elsewhere.
