I wanted to prevent wires from being pulled out of my Arduino. Also, I didn't want to solder the ends to the wires. It's much clearer to hold the sensor wires together. Each sensor can be screwed into its own 5V and ground. Also, my eyes are getting old and it's a lot easier to read than Arduino pin labels. I'm using my Arduino to turn a chest freezer into a very cold fridge that won't freeze, so making sure the fridge stays cool and doesn't spoil the food pays off. I've just ordered one more of these.
