Yes, 5 stars, but it was a real headache. I installed it on the back of the driver side engine in a '03 Tahoe and after installation the exhaust leak was gone! But let me tell you that there is absolutely no place to work. They have the back of the motor so close to the firewall that it's almost impossible to thread the bolts through the bracket and then into the head. It took me a few hours and a lot of swearing to install it. But that's certainly better than pulling out the head and drilling out broken bolts. Reliable and well made should it survive a truck! Update: I just finished installing it on my '03 Silverado 2500HD with 6.0 engine and it was so easy. For some reason you have a little more room to work on the pickup truck and it only took 15 minutes to install.
