August 20, 2021 Seems to work fine but the first downside I have is that you have to use the "Tether App" after the initial setup of the device. I configure this device via the connected network cable. straight to my laptop because I haven't used that app and I was worried about their privacy. If you want to access it again after installing it, you need to use the app. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong as after the initial setup I was unable to connect using a direct connection to the network cable. My concern at the moment is that after downloading the Tether app, you need to set up an account to easily access the device, which is a big minus for me. I also think it automatically connects your device to an unwanted iCloud account.
