I have been buying these lava strips for my chinchilla for years. quality when they are very different. I am very dissatisfied with them. The washers are now some sort of plastic instead of metal and the entire eyelet comes out of the box with a very bad smell. Previously, they didn't have an unpleasant "plastic" smell. My chinchilla will be very sad if I can't find the same quality as the old versions.
