Easy to use and navigate for everyone

I love how easy it is for people who are not tech savvy or have never used this type of software before could use as well.
Even my mom was able to figure out all her questions without any help from me! It does need some training first but if they do then it would be great because its very simple and straight forward once trained correctly. Nothing really nothing there dislike about livinglens i like everything just wish more features were added when using such an amazing service but thats what updates come in handy for right?
