Beautiful color (slightly redder than pictured), MASSIVE - really comically large - holds absolutely a gallon, possibly more when full. I took a size comparison photo next to an empty gallon milk jug. A gallon water bottle isn't as wide as a milk jug, but it's 3-4 inches taller. This can be difficult depending on the depth of your sink or the height of the shelves in your fridge. Motivational quotes are written in large white capital letters that are very legible. The lid closes well - for the past week I've been doing a few shake tests by pouring some powdered soda into a filled pitcher, closing the lid and shaking like crazy to mix it up. Doesn't leak, lid won't open. The bottle itself is very strong and thick enough, as is the handle. It comes with a nylon carrying strap and a plastic ring which I haven't tested yet. Nylon feels too strong - the plastic ring *may* become brittle over time like most plastics. The only thing that worries me is the carving on the lid and neck of the bottle; Since they are both plastic, they will wear out over time and weaken the seal. The water bottle spout was a little awkward for me to get used to as I've never had a water bottle with a spout. It's big enough for a regular straw, although maybe not all large bean straws. The pitcher has a really WIDE neck, big enough for most ice cubes or chopped fruit when the lid is off. I have it on sale and IMHO I have great value for money. This is a really huge, beautiful, sturdy, well made, really no less than a gallon water bottle with easy to read motivational statements. I've been using it continuously for over a week with no complaints or leaks - even when it's at an angle, on its side or upside down (sometimes my dog knocks it over).
