I decided to get a new glue gun after seeing some pretty spectacular guns in some craft videos. BUT it seems to take a hot minute (pun intended) to heat up! But seriously, this takes a few minutes. LEDs I haven't found a use for yet. Also, the new sticks seem really hard to grab when you put them in. I tried heating the end, essentially to glue it to the stick I was using. I also push the new rod in pretty hard the first few times I use it until it goes deeper into the gun. If you really need a new glue gun, I recommend this one. It just doesn't work as well as the few I have from the 80's and 90's.
