Review on Tiger JAX-T10U-K 5.5-Cup (Uncooked) Micom Stainless Steel Black Rice Cooker with Food Steamer & Slow Cooker by Kenny Marozas

Considering the price, I expected this model to be my lifelong rice cooker and workhorse. I got the device exactly 5 years ago... stopped working. So far it's been great. But why spend all that money when you can count on it not working anymore? It seems that today's products aren't made the way they used to be. (I speak as my mother, but she was right!). I will stick to my method of stovetop cooking and not contribute to landfill, pollution from production and imports into this country. Very disappointed. I will ask Tiger for a replacement. If they fit I will update this review.
