Really bad attitude.

Bought four for four dogs. One of them falls apart. It has a couple of big scuff marks and one of the plastic holders has about 80% torn the material. He's never been out of the dog. The dog didn't chew it. I received a total of three packages, each of which was not sent to the correct address. The owner refuses to properly address the shipping label per USPS regulations. I complained a few days ago and he has never heard a word about any of the issues other than an email refusing to follow USPS rules.
