At first I was very happy with this camera.

Bought the camera in July and set it up to monitor night time activities on site. It worked great and I took a lot of animal photos and videos that surprised me. Then in October it stopped working. The camera took all the photos/videos (the LEDs on the front responded to movement), but it just stopped writing to the internal SD card. I checked the card and tried other cards, made sure the 'Write Permissions' tab was in the right position, it just didn't work. So on October 15th I sent it to Bushnell for warranty repair (with a $10 check to S&H). They cashed the check two weeks later but I haven't heard from them. Called them yesterday (which was an adventure) and was told they don't repair the cameras only replace them and the cameras are sold out and won't be delivered until the 4th of January. So I lose 3 months of use. from this camera. I'm not impressed with Bushnell's customer service. Update May 25, 2019 - Bushnell sent me a replacement camera in mid-January. It was new, in unopened packaging. Configured and functioning normally until May 4th. After that it just stopped writing to the SD card like the first camera I got from them. I tried everything I could: new batteries, looked through the settings menu, made sure the SD card wasn't full and the write lock wasn't on. It just stopped writing files. I'm not going to continue with Bushnell, I'll just write it off as a bad buy.
