Not compatible with Cisco or other brands
We purchased NetGear Prosafe switches and these fiber modules. The fiber optic modules work fine but are NOT COMPATIBLE at all with a Cisco fiber optic module or any other brand. Your switch can only communicate with another switch that has the same module. We will no longer use these.
