Fantastic product, however I would suggest the ability to use the product in conjunction with other software such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software.
A fantastic product, however I would suggest the ability to use the product in conjunction with other software such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software. This allows the ability to create an account with the customer from within the CRM Software (Salesforce), and then pass the Customer ID back to AA Cars DNA where the customer details can be updated. Very helpful if you're using SalesForce or any similar database-driven CRM system! Also very good at searching/querying data - very useful when it comes time to get a report ready. If only they could provide some sort of API so others can easily integrate with this too..

- Allows you to filter out rows by attributes and apply formulas (eg "Sum" and "Average").
- Can create custom fields and views to your own needs

- Unable to create reports with multiple criteria and / or columns.
