Very good Customer Relationship Management tool

We are using this software to manage our customer details in ERP system like SAP CRM or Salesforce etc., it works very well for us as we can easily track all of them within few clicks from one place which helps me save time & effort while managing my customers' records in different systems/apps at same point. I don't have any dislike about its features so far but sometimes there may be some minor issues when you're working online (as most probably that's not supported by their support team). It has helped lot in tracking multiple clients information across many apps /systems without having single client record stored separately into each app - just everything gets consolidated under only 1 account thus saving lots of time!
